In this section we will present different learning situations that incorporate active methodologies, both individual and group, to address the three areas: healthy habits, emotional education and addiction prevention.
Learning Situation 1: "The Challenge of Emotions"
Objective:
Explore and understand basic emotions and their impact on our lives.
Methodology:

Group:
Emotional Gatherings: Weekly meetings where they share experiences about how they have handled their emotions.
Interactive Activity:
Emotions Mural: Create a collective mural representing different emotions with drawings and colors.
Learning Situation 2: "The Treasure of Healthy Habits"
Objective:
Promote the adoption of healthy habits through exploration and practice.
Methodology:
Individual:
Food Diary: Record what you eat for a week and reflect on the importance of a balanced diet.
Group:
Role Playing: Simulate situations where physical activity and healthy eating are promoted.
Interactive Activity:
Healthy Obstacle Course: Organize a physical activity with obstacles that represent healthy habits (jumping, eating fruits, etc.).
Learning Situation 3: "Prevention Adventure"
Objective:
Understand the importance of making safe decisions and preventing risk situations.
Methodology:
Individual:
Creating a Comic: Develop a comic that tells a situation where a safe decision is made under pressure from friends.
Group:
Dramatization: Depict scenes where they face risky situations and find safe solutions.
Interactive Activity:
"Safe Decision" Card Game: Create a card game where situations arise and the best safe options are discussed.
Evaluation:
Participatory Observation: Record the involvement and participation of children in activities.
Feedback and Reflection: Value the children’s reflections on what they learned and how they felt during the activities.
Task Evaluation: Review the content of journals, comics or any individual task performed to evaluate the understanding and application of topics.
With the proposed learning situations we seek to engage children actively and collaboratively, allowing them to learn meaningfully about healthy habits, emotional education and addiction prevention
